The devices of our aluminium “SELV” safety extra-low voltage socket-outlets are of thermoplastic. 16 A safety low-voltage socket outlets are intended for installation in 2-pole devices and equipment. Rated voltages: 12 V, 24 V, 48 V (AC 50 Hz) and 12 V, 24 V, 48 V (DC). The safety code (groove in socket outlet and corresponding ridge in the plug) prevents use of a plug that does not conform to the rated voltage. In wiring DC socket outlets, the polarity (+ and –) must be observed. N.B.! By separate order, we also deliver socket outlets with cable glands differing from those mentioned.
